Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are the heart of Pathway Home. They provide care to our residents and support to our families. They provide meals for our families, clean the house, help with gardening / yard work and our fundraising events. Our board of directors are all volunteers and many participate in activities in the home itself.

Many people relate that they feel that the atmosphere must be “sad” or we hear “what you do must be so hard.” Though there are sad days that inevitably come they are not as often as you would think. We spend a lot of time laughing and keeping the mood light and comfortable while providing the support and caring that our residents and families need. We are honored to be able to share these days with them. We build lasting relationships and friendships.
Volunteering is something that you never will regret doing.

Volunteers work in 4 hour shifts between 7 am and 11 pm. Some people pick up several shifts a week others have a regular day and time they come. It’s up to you. The scheduling is flexible and we will work with you.
If you are interested in seeing what we do and to see if this is for you, give us a call and spend a couple of days working with our regular volunteers. This is a great opportunity to see what we do and whether it is a good fit for you! 315*651*1240
